TouchPoint Support Services seeks Patient Observation Assistants to monitor patients under RN direction at Saint Elizabeth's & Mercy Hospital in Appleton, WI. Both full-time and part-time roles available, with varied shifts. Prior healthcare exposure preferred, and pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR AED or BLS-HCP certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provides visual and audible observation of assigned patients.
• Completes observation reports at established intervals.
• Interacts with staff, patients, visitors and colleagues in a compassionate, professional manner.
• Remains at the bedside of the patient; escalates concerns to nursing staff as needed.
• Assists with coordinating patient safety and safe environment; reports hazards.
• Assists patient with meals, mobility, and basic care as directed by RN.

Educación
