TouchPoint is hiring for a full-time/part-time PATIENT OBSERVATION LEAD at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. The role leads a team to observe patients who cannot be left unattended, ensuring safety, timeliness, and accuracy in observations.

The ideal candidate will have prior lead experience in patient observation and a high school diploma. Schedules include varied shifts; weekends required, with pay between $18.50 and $21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior patient observation lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily work of other Patient Observation Associates.
• Communicates with associates, staff and leadership as appropriate.
• Coordinates associate assignments and coverage with client personnel.
• Ensures float break coverage to support offsite accounts when applicable.
• Maintains and communicates policies for compliance and process improvement.
• Completes shift reports and assigns patient observations to ensure coverage.
