TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Observation Lead positions at Columbia St Mary Milwaukee. The role leads a team of Patient Observation Associates to ensure safe, timely and accurate patient monitoring.

Rotating weekends/holidays and flexible hours may apply; prior related experience is preferred. Compensation is set at $17.50 per hour with online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team of Patient Observation Associates.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsabilités

• Leads daily work of Patient Observation Associates.
• Coordinates assignments and communicates with client personnel as appropriate.
• Maintains shift coverage and break sheets to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures for standardization and improvement.
• Performs duties of Patient Observation Associates as needed.
• Cross-training in Patient Transport or other departments when applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
