TouchPoint is hiring for a full-time Patient Observation Lead at Ascension St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. The role oversees Patient Observation Associates, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate monitoring of patients who cannot be left unattended.

The position requires prior related experience, a 1st shift schedule, and may involve rotating weekends. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience is preferred.
• Must be able to perform all duties of Patient Observation Associates.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily work of other Patient Observation Associates.
• Coordinates assignments and communicates with client personnel as appropriate.
• Performs float break coverage to support associates at offsite accounts.
• Communicates policies and procedures to ensure compliance and processes for improvement.
• Completes shift reports and associate patient assignments to ensure coverage.
