Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. seeks a Patient Services Manager to plan, administer, and direct all unit activities related to the patient food service program, ensuring high quality operation and compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Food Science or Nutrition with a Certified Dietary Manager credential (or an AA in a related field) and several years of clinical nutrition/food service experience; proficiency in MS Word and Excel and use of electronic food

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with CDS certification and clinical nutrition/food service experience.
• Alternate AA degree with four years' experience in clinical nutrition and food service.
• FDA Food Code knowledge and computer software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, direct and control unit activities related to patient food service program.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures and regulatory standards to provide high quality service.
• Implement a nutrition program that maintains high patient and employee satisfaction.
