• Previous call center and patient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for securing patient meal selections and special requests via telephone or in person.
• Interact with patients to determine dietary preferences and special needs.
• Coordinate with nursing to ensure diet prescriptions are accurate and patient needs are met.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and food safety guidelines.
• Follow proper etiquette when communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.
