Qualifications

• Previous patient dining experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows proper telephone etiquette with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Offers menu alternatives per dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
• Resolves patient concerns or requests and reports issues to supervisor.
• Complies with dietary restrictions for special diets and ensures patient needs are met.
• Interacts with nursing to ensure diet prescriptions and patient food needs are accurate.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follows health, sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required reports on a timely basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
