Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists patients in completing menus.
• Visits all assigned patients for menu selection and offers accepted alternate food selections requested.
• Prepares nourishment orders and restocks as needed.
• Maintains stock level of nourishments and ensures proper labeling with expiration dates.
• Delivers nourishments and serves trays to patients per policy and allergy/diet requirements.
• Records temperatures on nourishment refrigerators and maintains a clean, safe work area.
