Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and alternative food choices.
• Record diet changes and complete menu selections within scheduled timelines.
• Deliver and retrieve meal trays ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and deliver labeled nourishments to nursing units and maintain nourishment inventory
• Prepare patient trays and set up tray lines according to dietary guidelines and portion standards
• Deliver and retrieve meal trays with attention to etiquette and patient satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment, including correct equipment use and adherence to infection control protocols
• Report patient concerns to the Clinical Nutritionist and complete all other assigned duties
