Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field and 3–5 years of experience in practice management, healthcare operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Review Epic data and value-based care metrics to identify opportunities and actionable targets for primary care practices.
• Meet with practice managers to review performance, discuss action items, and develop strategies to improve outcomes.
• Attend monthly partner meetings and prepare presentations, including annual wellness visit data.
• Support practice operations by implementing workflow changes and helping teams adopt sustainable processes.
• Provide Epic education and training to providers and staff as needed.
