Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Patient Navigator, Surgery to advocate and educate patients and families through the surgery and cancer continuum. This role supports care coordination, improves outcomes, and ensures clear communication across the care team.

Requirements include RN licensure, 3 years nursing experience in Surgery/Oncology, strong computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. NJ license is required.
