Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in health care setting preferred.
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to be trained to perform various tasks.
• Direct knowledge of the local community.
• Strong interest in the community and its people.
• Committed to ongoing learning and the ability to model development.
• Effective interpersonal skills for working with local people and organizations.
• Ability to assist patients across ages, including infants, adults, and individuals with disabilities.
• Fluency in English (speaks, reads and writes).
• Fluency in Spanish and completion of mandatory Medical Interpretation course.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Professional demeanor at all times.
• If school site, fingerprints as required by DOJ.
• CA driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
