Job summary

Inizio Engage is recruiting a Patient Navigator to support patients through access and treatment journeys. You will coordinate with healthcare providers, payers, and patient support programs to ensure timely therapy initiation.

The role requires an active RN license, 3+ years of clinical nursing, and 2-5 years in case management or patient support. A remote, US-wide setup and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license required.
  • 3+ years of clinical nursing.
  • Dermatology or immunology experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years in case management and patient support.
  • Experience in case management, patient access, HUB services or specialty pharmacy preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and patient advocacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a patient caseload independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual or call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with providers, payers and patients to enable access to prescribed therapies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
  • Guide enrollments into patient support programs and benefits investigations.
  • Educate patients on program offerings, insurance steps and treatment processes.
  • Document interactions and progress in compliance with program requirements.
  • Manage cases from referral to therapy initiation and follow-up.
