Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with active state license and no restrictions.
  • BSN required; 2+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably leading Clinical Educator teams.
  • At least 3 years Clinical Educator experience in pharma or hospital; oncology nursing 5+ years; chemotherapy infusion experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Clinical Educators in their territory.
  • Allocate Educators efficiently with client and PM team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and HR issue resolution.
  • Travel monthly or bi-monthly to sites to assess performance.
  • On-site Educator onboarding and biannual meetings.
  • Manage conference attendance and feedback loops.

Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports* To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe* Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.* Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required* Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.* To possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty points* Perform other duties as requested**What do you need for this position?*** Registered Nurse with active state license with no restrictions* BSN required* At least 2 year's management experience in a healthcare setting preferably field leadership of Clinical educator team* At least 3 years Clinical educator experience within pharma or a hospital setting.* Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in services are being conducted.* Must have at least five (5) years of recent oncology nursing experience and at least five (5) years of general nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience is a must.* Strong problem-solving skills.* Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.* Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills.* Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The base pay range for this position is $109K – $202K per year.
