Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a patient education specialist to provide inbound or outbound educational support for identified patients in a designated disease state. You will enter enrollment data into the CRM, follow approved materials, and participate in required trainings to ensure high-quality service.

Role requires healthcare licensure in the U.S. with 2+ years in respiratory disease state, strong communication, and proficiency with call-center tools.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Healthcare professional license (RN, RT).
• 2+ years in respiratory disease state or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease-state education and/or support.
• Deliver therapy education and support to identified customers.
• Maintain accurate demographic data in the CRM for enrollment and documentation.
• Adhere to program call guides, FAQs, and approved materials.
• Complete trainings and competency assessments within required timeframes.
• Attend program meetings and adhere to HIPAA privacy and security guidelines.
