About The Role

The role involves scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and knowing the services offered. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent patient care, communication skills, is friendly, adaptable, and proficient with basic computer applications.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with an emphasis on work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in patients professionally.
  • Manage patient information and appointments.
  • Escort and comfort patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including check-outs and payments.
  • Answer calls, schedule, and direct inquiries.
  • Prepare patient charts and manage retail inventory.
  • Engage in retail sales and end-of-day balancing.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a medical or medspa setting (minimum 2 years).
