Responsibilities

• Re-stock food and small wares supplies according to par levels.
• Deliver or serve patient/guest meal trays in a timely manner.
• Keep production preparation areas clean and sanitary per Public Health District standards.
• Follow guidelines for food handling and sanitation and ensure compliance.
• Customer service responsibilities.
• Complete dish and ware washing duties as assigned.
• Maintain dish room, ware washing area and tray assembly area clean and sanitary.
