Qualifications

• Must exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills to work well with others.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of modified diets.
• Candidates must also possess adequate phone skills for interacting with customers.
• Must be able to communicate and understand the English language, both written and orally.

Responsibilities

• Washes hands and follows infection prevention practices.
• Delivers patient meals and verifies tray identity with two patient identifiers.
• Assists patients with menu selections and diet information.
• Enters menu selections in nutrition service software accurately and promptly.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and conducts internal satisfaction checks.
• Performs department duties including dish room and supply replenishment.
