Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospital food service and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy hospital environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Enter meal preferences within diet restrictions and deliver meals to patients.
• Verify tray accuracy using two patient identifiers.
• Assist patients with menu selections and dietary information.
• Enter menu selections in nutrition service software accurately and timely.
• Deliver meals to patients and monitor patient satisfaction.
