Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Experience with diets and the Carbohydrate Counting and Protein Exchange Systems preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation, assembly, and delivery of patient meals.
• Processes correct diets and portions for all age groups.
• Assesses data about patient status to identify age-specific needs.
• Coordinates morning and evening meal service activities.
• Supports accuracy of patient meal trays and related sanitation.
