Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with diets and the Carbohydrate Counting and Protein Exchange Systems preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solves customer problems with dignity and respect. Responds quickly to customer needs.
• Processes correct diets and portions for all age groups from pediatrics through elderly adults.
• Assesses floor stock needs in patient unit kitchens.
• Room Service orders: take and process patient/family orders and need assistance.
• Take calls and fax orders for all food requests and update the nourishment orders.
