Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a Nutritional Services Technician to support food preparation, serving, delivery and cleanup for patients and staff. You will help maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas, ensure correct food temperatures, and support inventory and ordering as needed.

The role involves cash handling, patient contact, and adherence to hospital policies. Prior experience in food service and healthcare settings is preferred, with on-site work requirements and variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service industry (preferred).
• Experience working in a hospital (preferred).
• Experience handling money transactions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handles food throughout the cooking, serving, and cleaning process.
• Sanitizes and maintains work area and equipment; washes dishes and pans; ensures proper temperatures during cooking and cleaning.
• Operates cash register and responsible for cash flow from customers.
