Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Food Handlers card OR obtained within 30 days of hire through county requirements.
• PIC training provided through County Health Department as required by department.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all work areas for operation per task assignment including sanitizing setup.
• Set-up area including utensils, restock, clean and organize assigned area.
• Produces attractive, appetizing and quality food and beverages.
• Follows menu cycle, proper portions and standardized recipes; uses leftovers with FIFO.
• Greets customers, takes orders and serves with focus on service quality.
• Addresses customer complaints politely and seeks management assistance when needed.
• Cleans spills promptly and removes trash from service areas.
• Merchandises area in a clean, attractive and orderly manner.
• Ensures sanitation, safety and quality control per policy.
