Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Food Handlers card or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• PIC training provided through the County Health Department.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work areas per task assignment and maintains sanitizer levels.
• Set up area, restock, clean and organize assigned area.
• Produces attractive, appetizing and quality food and beverages.
• Follows menu cycle and proper portions using FIFO for leftovers.
• Greets customers and serves meals; handles inquiries professionally.
• Addresses customer complaints politely; seeks management when needed.
• Cleans spills promptly and removes trash from service areas.
• Merchandises area with clean, uncluttered organization.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
• Documents temperatures and reports equipment issues.
• Stores and labels food items and chemicals properly.
