• Adheres to hand hygiene and infection control procedures when interacting with customers.
• Operates and maintains food service equipment according to department procedures.
• Communicates customer complaints and concerns with health care team members.
• Performs sanitation for assigned work area following departmental procedures and health codes.
• Severs patient meal tray with proper patient identification using the designated script.
• Distributes and collects menus from patients and records selections per procedures.
• Displays strong customer service when responding to meal service requests.
• Serves meals within established timeframes, maintaining appearance, food quality, and temperature.
