Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a dedicated cafeteria/food service worker in Wisconsin to read tray tickets, assemble and deliver patient trays, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment. You will operate the dish machine, serve cafeteria customers, and assist with basic food safety tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic math, and the ability to read simple instructions are essential. Prior food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads patient tray ticket orders and places items on trays.
• Delivers/serves patient trays, snacks and supplements; assists patients with opening items.
• Collects patient trays and stacks dirty dishes on cart; returns cart to kitchen.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Operates dish machine and serves cafeteria customers.
