AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Dietary Aide to guide patients through the meal ordering process using a computerized diet office system, ensuring selections align with prescribed diets and improving satisfaction with personalized suggestions. You will verify patient identifiers, ensure tray accuracy, and confirm patients have everything they need before leaving the room.

Responsibilities

Guide patients through meal ordering using a computerized diet system.
Verify patient identifiers and ensure tray accuracy.
Resolve dining concerns and implement service recovery to boost patient experience.
Assemble and deliver trays according to therapeutic diet guidelines.
Work up to 12-hour shifts while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
