Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]
• 2+ years in food service preferred
• Food Handler Certificate preferred or as required by state
• Certified Food Safety Manager preferred or as required by state

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through meal ordering using a computerized diet office system
• Verify patient identifiers during meal delivery and ensure tray accuracy
• Assemble and deliver trays according to therapeutic guidelines
• Round on patients and nursing staff to address concerns and perform service recovery
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance during long shifts
