Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, call-center environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient and family room service calls with courtesy and accuracy.
• Enter daily patient meal selections and preferences for multiple facilities.
