Banner Health is seeking a Customer Experience Meal Order Representative to manage inbound room service calls from hospital patients and families. You will enter daily meal selections for multiple facilities, provide nutrition-related information, and coordinate with dietitians when needed.

This role requires strong customer service, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center. The position is an in-office role located in Mesa, AZ, with an evening shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all room service related calls with a customer-centric approach.
• Enter daily patient meal selections and preferences for multiple facilities.
• Utilize Cerner (View Only) to follow up on diet/allergy orders and coordinate with dietitians.
• Provide information on prescribed diets and modify orders when needed.
• Make outbound calls to patients who missed meals or require additional services.
