Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer service or food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Read patient menus to patients twice daily and edit selections to meet restrictions of diet orders.
• Organize and manage diet orders in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop menu tallies of special requests.
• Assemble trays for patients and deliver meal trays to patient rooms and nursing units.
