Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months previous food service experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient meal service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup.
• Communicate patient food issues/concerns to team members within the department and with nursing staff regarding nutrition needs.
• React accurately to changes to ensure efficient timing of services and accuracy of physician's modified diets.
