Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Boulder, CO is seeking a Dietary Worker to support patients by phone and through our software systems, coordinating meal services and acting as liaison with clinical teams.

You will work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with multiple shifts and weekend availability. Compensation ranges from $19.46 to $22.87 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off, varies by location.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in food service, as a dietary clerk, or in a related field preferred.
• Communicate fluently in English; bilingual or multilingual a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfort with using technology including web-based software, keyboard, and telephone headset; typical typing 35-45 wpm.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Function in a fast-paced call center environment where calls are recorded and assessed.
• Maintain friendly, efficient, customer-service demeanor toward customers and coworkers.
• Adapt to customer needs and direct calls related to meal or nutritional questions.
• Use software to record patient orders and update meal requests.
• Maintain knowledge of therapeutic diets to ensure accurate meal orders.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and the Food & Nutrition team to ensure accurate patient nutrition.
• Protect privacy and comply with confidentiality and safety standards.
• Adhere to ARAMARK's standards and conduct policies and document records as required.
