Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
• Fluency in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take patient meal orders and questions; direct calls as needed.
• Use software to record patient orders and maintain patient nutrition information.
• Work with doctors, nurses, and the Food & Nutrition team to ensure accurate patient nutrition.
• Maintain privacy and observe safety and sanitation standards.
