Responsibilities

• Function in a fast-paced call center environment where calls are recorded and assessed.
• Maintain friendly, efficient customer service toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Provide patient customer service: answer phones, take menu orders, direct calls related to meals or nutrition.
• Use software to record patient orders and ensure accuracy of meal orders.
• Maintain knowledge of therapeutic diets to ensure correct meal processing.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and the Food & Nutrition team to ensure accurate patient nutrition.
