Job summary

Gundersen Health System, in partnership with Emplify Health, seeks a Patient Liaison Float to deliver warmth and clear communication to patients across multiple care settings. The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours bi-weekly), with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule (6:45 AM–5 PM) and travel to WI, MN, IA locations.

Mileage is reimbursed; schedule announced two weeks in advance. Starting pay is $17.93/hour, with potential increases for experience and float differential, plus retirement, healthcare, and

What’s Available:

• .8 FTE (64 hours bi-weekly)
• Shift: Monday-Friday, Days (no weekends)
• Hours: 6:45AM - 5PM
• Location: This position floats to a variety of different locations in WI, MN and IA depending on your home location.

Travel & Schedule:

• Drive Time included in weekly hours - travel compensation (mileage) available.
• Schedule - will know what days and where will be working at least two weeks in advance. *Flexibility needed as things have opportunity to change due to call ins, etc.*
• Must be available to travel to certain locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa (will depend on your home location)

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service.
• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
