Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is hiring a Patient Liaison Float to connect patients with compassionate, clear care across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa locations. This 0.8 FTE role travels to multiple sites, with a Monday–Friday schedule and travel time included in weekly hours.

You will provide excellent patient service, collaborate with clinicians and managers, and help create positive patient experiences while supporting the health journey at

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and computer literacy required.

What's Available: .8 FTE (64 hours bi-weekly) Shift: Monday-Friday, Days (no weekends) Hours: 6:45AM - 5PM Location: This position floats to a variety of different locations in WI, MN and IA depending on your home location.

Travel & Schedule: Drive Time included in weekly hours - travel compensation (mileage) available. Schedule - will know what days and where will be working at least two weeks in advance. Flexibility needed as things have opportunity to change due to call ins, etc. Must be available to travel to certain locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa (will depend on your home location).

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency


• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
