Job summary

Emplify Health is seeking a Patient Liaison Float to bring comfort, clarity, and connection to patients across multiple care settings. This role floats to locations in WI, MN and IA based on your home location, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and hours 6:45AM - 5PM.

Starting pay is $17.93/hour, with potential increases for experience and a float differential. The position offers development opportunities through our Career Development Center, Tuition Investment Program, strong retirement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.

What's Available:

.8 FTE (64 hours bi-weekly)

Shift: Monday-Friday, Days (no weekends)

Hours: 6:45AM - 5PM

Location: This position floats to a variety of different locations in WI, MN and IA depending on your home location.

Travel & Schedule:

Drive Time included in weekly hours - travel compensation (mileage) available.

Schedule - will know what days and where will be working at least two weeks in advance. *Flexibility needed as things have opportunity to change due to call ins, etc.*

Must be available to travel to certain locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa (will depend on your home location)
