Zusammenfassung

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our home healthcare intake and insurance verification team.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, verify insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers), and coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment. You will work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, collaborating with outside agencies and internal teams

Qualifikationen

• Background check and drug screen as applicable.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record if position requires driving.
• Education/experience as required by law, regulation, or contract.
• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with office operations including deposits and batch reporting.
• Coordinate patient intake and verify insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers).
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams.
• Prepare and process documentation including invoices and delivery paperwork.
• Provide technical assistance for walk-in equipment requests.
