Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification. You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, verifying insurance coverage, and coordinating equipment services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year related work experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and reimbursement practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers).
• Coordinate intake and service setup for respiratory products and equipment.
• Assist with office operations including deposits and batch reporting.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs per standards.
• Provide technical assistance for walk-in and retail equipment requests.
