Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to deliver a seamless patient check-in experience, process payments, and support daily operations. You will guide new patients through intake, coordinate with clinical staff, and maintain accurate financial records.

We value a friendly, professional demeanor, healthcare exposure, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Lived addiction experience is a plus, with opportunities for training and growth within our outpatient

Qualificações

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service when checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients and offer a high-quality experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
