We are seeking a dedicated Patient Intake Coordinator. This pivotal role serves as the initial point of contact for new patients, processing referrals, and coordinating appointments across our neurology, primary care, and mental health services. As we transition to a new workflow, your adaptability and communication skills will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient intake process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new patients and referral sources such as law firms and clinics.
• Process referrals and ensure all necessary patient information is collected and organized efficiently.

Schedule

• appointments and coordinate with on-site teams to prepare for patient visits.
• Adapt to workflow changes and provide feedback on process improvements.
• Collaborate with managers and other Patient Intake Coordinators to maintain a high standard of patient care.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of Experience in healthcare system, strong patient coordination
• Proficiency in using the eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system.
• Experience with email and fax communications for referral processing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures.

Nice to Haves

• coordination experience in other countries is also valued.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar systems for patient coordination.
• Knowledge of Central Time (Texas-based) working hours (8 AM to 5 PM).

Additional Information

This position is based in the Central Time Zone and requires working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
