Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Alaska driver’s license is required.
• 21 years of age or older preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, copy, fax, and scan information to departments.
• Assist guests with mobility and baggage; communicate with coworkers at shift changes.
• Manage shuttle calendar; create pick-up appointments and schedule transportation.
• Maintain room availability, assist with housing reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping.
