Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties: answer phone, copy, fax, scan documents.
• Assist guests and escorts, provide empathic listening and practical support.
• Manage shuttle schedules and transport guests to terminals and appointments.
• Register guests, explain amenities, rules, and policies of Patient Housing.
• Monitor room availability, assist with reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping.
