• California Phlebotomy Technician license/certification required.
• 2 years of health education or health-related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between internal and external customers to improve patient care and flow.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely according to department standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team on retention, appointments, and barriers to care.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing patient healthcare maintenance and treatment.
• Perform clerical tasks, data entry, and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Follow guidelines for venipuncture, specimen handling, and safety procedures.
• Input orders, pending logs, and track specimens in the system.
• Perform Point-of-Care Waived Testing per Laboratory Procedure Manual.
