Job summary

Select Medical in East Naples, FL is hiring a Patient Service Specialist to greet, register, and assist patients at the front desk. You will schedule appointments, handle coordination with insurance and partners, and help collect payments and verify coverage to keep the flow smooth.

The role is full-time at our outpatient PT center, with a Monday–Friday schedule and compensation ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Front Desk Experience
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience (preferred)
• Therapy center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Coordinate communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and the business development team
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
