Morrison Healthcare in Rochester, MN seeks a Patient Food Services Manager (Mayo Clinic Methodist Campus) to lead our Patient Services Team in an acute care setting. You will establish goals, hire and coach staff, ensure dietary compliance, drive patient satisfaction, and uphold regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes collaborative leadership, adherence to dietary and privacy regulations, and delivering high-quality nutrition care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in food services or related field (or bachelor’s in related field)
• Bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field preferred
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in food service management in an acute care setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members
• Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure optimal food preferences are met within guidelines
• Ensures patient services staff assists in achieving stated patient satisfaction goals
• Complies with regulatory standards including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to HIPAA and patient rights policies
• Participates in/ leads patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives
