Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a PATIENT SERVER at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. Full-time shifts run 6:00 am–6:00 pm or 7:00 am–7:00 pm, with rotating weekends. No prior experience is required.

Fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus at 30 and 90 days of employment. Responsibilities include trays assembly and delivery, menu selections, and communication with nursing staff to ensure patient needs and dietary restrictions are met.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient food service on assigned units.
• Assemble and deliver trays according to menu selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and health regulations.
• Support dietitian with patient dietary needs and orders.
