Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time and part time PATIENT SERVER positions. The role focuses on patient food service, menu selections, tray assembly and delivery on assigned units, with attention to dietary restrictions and patient preferences.

You will work with a culinary team in a supportive hospitality environment, with training offered and potential for growth within a top hospitality company in the nation.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray assembly.
• Deliver and pick up trays, handle special requests and in-between meals.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and modified diets per diet orders.
• Assemble trays accurately according to menu selections on tray tickets.
• Coordinate with nursing to ensure diet prescriptions and patient needs are met.
• Maintain patient information on assigned units and assist with calorie counts as needed.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures; keep a clean work area.
• Identify and report patient-related problems promptly and follow safety procedures.
