At Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, we are hiring immediately for full time and part time PATIENT SERVER roles in Columbus, MS. You will support patient meals, assemble trays, and ensure timely delivery with care and compassion.

No previous experience required; training provided. Schedule varies: early mornings to evenings; position offers competitive pay of $12.50 per hour and benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray delivery.
• Assemble trays according to patients' menu selections and tray tickets.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions are met and requests are fulfilled.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and sanitation standards while assisting with daily tasks.
